Lead Contract Support

Resourcing Group are an award winning recruitment agency for the built environment and key partners to some of the UK's leading property development and facilities management organisations. We are working in partnership with one of the UK's leading Property Management Organisations as they seek to strengthen their Contract Support Team in Leeds.
We are seeking someone who can build and develop a contract support team with a view to enhancing the commercial performance of the contract and the customer satisfaction levels via an outstanding financial and administrative service. This will include support on month end and financial reporting; business process improvement programs and the development of excellent business relationships between stakeholders, customers and external agencies.
The role encompasses a huge number of tasks and daily/weekly responsibilities ranging from the identification and implementation of savings opportunities through to helpdesk management and the recording and management of reactive calls on the inhouse CAFM system.
You will be conducting site inductions, chasing up invoices and bad debt, conducting supplier reviews and identifying efficiency benefits for the business across this contract.
In order to be successful, you will have previous experience in a similar role and you will be capable of developing and managing a contract support team.
You will have experience of management reports (as P&L, WIP, Unbilled Revenue, Debt, OPO's & Invoice Pool etc) complimented by excellent IT skills and a working knowledge of Dynamics AX, MS Word and MS Excel.
You will be educated to a high level and it would be advantageous if you had some formal accountancy qualifications or similar (ATT, ACCA, AAT, CIMA part qualified, etc).
You will have fantastic people and communication skills; be comfortable chairing and holding meetings with a variety of team members and stakeholders and you will be a champion of best practice within the administration and delivery of facilities management contracts.
You will be paid a salary ranging between £24,000 and £28,000 per annum subject to your experience and capabilities.
