My Client is one the UK's leading providers of planned and responsive maintenance services in the Social Housing sector, maintaining more than 500,000 properties Nationwide. Due to managing an increased number of properties, my Client is looking to recruit an additional Administrator to join their busy team in Leicester.
Based from their offices in Leicester and reporting to the Senior Planner, as the Repairs Administrator, you will be required to provide Administration support and to coordinate all the office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to the company policies and records.
Manage phone calls and re-direct as instructed
Manage all correspondence (e-mail, letters etc.)
Answer and resolve tenants/resident's queries
Create and update records and databases
General Administration duties such as data input, filing, scanning paperwork etc.
Assist Planners/Schedulers and cover their workload when required
Compile and send letters to Clients and residents
Create and send invoices
Booking Supervisors inspections & adding variations
Email queries, whether investigating or uploading photos to jobs
Dealing with sub-contractor orders
Report of orders raised by the client each day
Phone Operatives to close jobs
Must be a team player but must also be able to work on own initiative
Must be able to prioritise a very busy workload
Must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Experience of Social Housing/refurbishment projects desirable but not essential
Must be able to handle a high volume of calls
Must be computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Must be able to handle challenging or sensitive situations i.e. calls from concerned tenants
Must be a quick learner and able to learn new systems quickly
