Customer Service Administrator
ASAP - 4-6 Weeks, with possible perm role at the end of the term
Our Client are a New Build Housing contractor working Nationally. This top ten house builder produce a wide range of homes for first time buyers and Housing Associations across the Country offering all-inclusive specifications. Due to demand, they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator for their busy offices in Leicester.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the main purpose of your role will be to provide Administration support and to coordinate all the office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to the company policies and records.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
General Administration duties such as data input, filing, scanning paperwork etc.
Assist in planning future works
Compiling and sending letters to Clients
Creating and sending invoices
Effective management of In Focus 'dashboard'.
Adhere to the Company's Health & Safety Policy
Minimum 2 years office-based Administration experience essential
Experience within the new build housing sector is preferable but not essential
Experience handling issues via various methods including calls/emails
Must be able to handle calls/emails with empathy (particularly with irate customers)
Experience of speaking to and coordinating other teams, i.e. Technicians/Trades etc.
Good communication skills & attention to detail
Good computer literacy including database logging and ability to pick up bespoke systems
4-6 Weeks Work, with possible perm role at the end of the term
