Role: Eastates Officer - Compliance
Location: City of London
Rate: £20.80 - £23.67 Per hour (PAYE)
Length of contract: 6 months
An Estates Officer for compliance is required to join a busy maintenance team. Experience of assisting management and Compliance of HTM's.
The successful candidate will be qualified and motivated Estates Asset & Compliance Manager to complement our existing team of EFM manager's.
A flexible attitude to an ever-changing work environment will be required to succeed in this challenging post whilst you will be joining a great team of estates professionals.
You will manage resources within the scope of the role.
You will have strong and effective communication skills, be motivated and have the ability to motivate others and work well under pressure. You will be enthusiastic with the drive and vision to assist move the service forward.
You will also have a proven track record carrying out compliance within the NHS.
