We are looking for a proactive Office/ Project Administrator to work for a busy housing contractor in one of their offices in North London. As a Project Administrator you will be a first point of contact with residents and subcontractors if they are calling the office to inquire about the ongoing works. Your daily duties will consist of assisting with the preparation of all relevant documentation, updating and creating spreadsheets (Excellent Excel knowledge) as well as entering data onto trackers (feedback cards, inspections, surveys), filing, scanning and collating the required paperwork.
As an Office / Project Administrator you will be assisting a project team with a smooth running of a contract. It is a great opportunity to get your foot at the door with a reputable maintenance contractor and work your way up. They are looking for someone who is able hit the ground running and also assist with all the backlog.
- Confident user of Excel (spreadsheets in particular), MS Office, Power Point.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and ability to prioritise the workload.
- Polite and calm telephone manner
