We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to work for an established company in Tiverton. This is a temporary ongoing role to support the business with Brexit administration for a period of time while appropriate systems are implemented.
About you:
Ideally you will have customer service administration background and any experience in logistics would be an advantage along with the following:
- Competent typing skills and speed - typing test required on application,
- Experienced in Microsoft programs to include word and excel
- Good written communication
- Good verbal communication (other languages would be a bonus)
- Ability to work independently when required
- Experience of logistics would be a bonus
The main purpose of the role:
Assisting the Sales & Logistics team with the paperwork required for export using Carrier track and trace systems to include DHL and TNT among others.
Hours:
Monday to Friday - 7 hour working day.
Usual office hours, are between 8am and 4pm or 9am to 5pm - one hour for lunch.
